The Manitoba Métis Federation is looking for a motivated Centre Director for a three-month term at Little Fox Childcare. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to regulations while implementing programming relevant to Red River Métis culture. Your leadership will foster a positive childcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Red River Métis-specific programming and curriculum
• Monitor compliance with government standards
• Handle child registration and parent fee collection
• Prepare reports and administer inclusion support
• Forge relationships with community partners

Requirements:
• ECE III Diploma or Child Development Degree
• At least three years of relevant director experience
• Familiarity with Fastoche is preferred
• Transparent background checks required
• Manitoba Driver's license with access to a vehicle
