In this role, you will coordinate small to medium RFx submissions, ensuring compliance and quality. This position suits an experienced professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. You will closely work with internal teams to produce high-quality responses that resonate with clients while making a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Independently coordinate RFx responses and support larger pursuits
• Drive proposal kickoffs and align schedules and deliverables




• Review RFx documents for compliance and risks
• Build detailed proposal schedules and track contributor inputs
• Write and edit proposal content tailored to requirements

Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of proposal coordination experience
• Solid writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• APMP certification preferred
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent
