BGO in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Leasing to lead leasing across a portfolio of retail assets in British Columbia. You will develop strategies, source and negotiate leases, renewals, LOIs, and build robust relationships with retailers, brokers, and stakeholders.
This hybrid role requires 7–10 years of CRE leasing experience, BC real estate license, and solid financial analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize tenant success and asset value.
