The role requires managing a team, collaborating with branches, and traveling to events across Chatham, Sarnia, St. Thomas, and London.
Start date is September 2026, with a hybrid work model. You will oversee events, donor engagement, and data-driven reporting while aligning programs with the YMCA's mission
