This role focuses on enhancing the shopping experience for customers at SuperThrift, a community hub dedicated to helping individuals overcome addictions. You will assist customers on the sales floor, stock shelves, manage checkout processes, and ensure a tidy workplace. Employees contribute directly to the non-profit's mission and values rooted in compassion and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Stock shelves with current merchandise
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and with product inquiries




• Create and maintain attractive sales displays
• Operate cash register and process transactions
• Support team members and assist in various store areas

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year retail experience preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems and computer applications
• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Ability to obtain Vulnerable Sector Clearance
