Cogir Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Part-Time LPN for Hollyburn House, with shifts available in various schedules throughout the week. This role focuses on delivering personalized, resident-centered nursing care while collaborating with a dedicated team. You will conduct care assessments, update plans, and foster communication for optimal health outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a patient-oriented approach in nursing care
• Assess and document clinical information accurately
• Implement personalized care strategies for residents




• Train and guide unregulated care providers
• Build robust relationships with residents and their families
Requirements:
• Must be a registered LPN in the applicable province
• Experience with seniors preferred
• Robust communication and critical thinking abilities
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certifications required
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or readiness to obtain one
