Colliers International in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join our energetic finance team. You will ensure monthly closings, prepare financial reports for properties or portfolios, and support budgeting and year‑end processes.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will reconcile balance sheets, manage tenant billing, monitor cash flow, and collaborate with operations, leasing and construction teams to deliver accurate results.
