Sephora Canada, part of the LVMH group, is seeking a Perks Specialist on a 15-month contract to coordinate and support employee perks, retirement, wellness, disability, and leave programs across Sephora Canada. The role is hybrid, contributing to Total Rewards initiatives and delivering a seamless employee experience.
The successful candidate will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in advantages administration and reporting.
