Prime Time Hours:Dedicated weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM)—the highest-traffic retail hours to maximize your impact.

Own the Floor : Maintain pristine eye-catching merchandising and display standards; ensuring TCL always stands out from the competition.

Bring the Energy : Conduct live compelling product demonstrations —showing off the tech so customers experience the wow factor first-hand.

Be the Insider : Gather real-time feedback and competitive insights from the retail floor to help TCL continually stay ahead of the game.

Partner Up for Victory : Collaborate closely with store management and associates to build a collaborative, high-energy sales environment.
