Lead major gift fundraising at Wood's Homes in Calgary as a Campaign Lead. Your strategic oversight will ensure effective capital campaigns and solid community relationships.As a vital member of the Wood's Homes team, you will oversee campaign initiatives, cultivate high-capacity donors, and support volunteers and Board members in their fundraising efforts. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to maximize campaign success and drive the mission forward.Key Responsibilities:
Develop campaign goals, strategies, and performance measures
Identify and steward high-capacity individual and corporate donors
Support volunteer engagement and training initiatives
Coordinate recognition events and campaign messaging
Prepare reports and manage donor records in Raiser's Edge NXTRequirements:
Degree in Fund Development, Business, or similar
Five years of experience in fundraising or major gifts
Proven ability to build donor relationships
Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT preferred
