Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is seeking a Captain Server to lead banquet service with a focus on guest satisfaction in a luxury setting in Canada. You will train staff, present beverages and food, and ensure high standards of service and safety.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of serving experience with leadership, a Pro Serve certification, and a valid Alberta driver’s license. Knowledge of wine, cocktails and beer is essential, along with robust communication and teamwork.
