THE ROLE AT A GLANCE Location: The Beeches UK Hours: 40 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts) Salary: £27,497 per annum Sleep-in Pay: Up to £700 per month (dependent on sleep-ins worked) Overtime: Paid at time and a quarter (x1.25) once the minimum 40 hours are worked About the Role
As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Your responsibilities will include: Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment Building positive relationships with young people Supporting care plans and daily routines Maintaining accurate records and reports Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children and young people (preferred) A genuine passion for supporting and caring for young people Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards) A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach Full UK driving licence (preferred) What We Offer
