Roche in Mississauga seeks a Principal Bioinformatics Scientist I to help define SBX-based sequencing workflows and collaborate across labs.

You will analyze raw data, prototype bioinformatic solutions, optimize pipelines, and work with wet-lab scientists and software engineers to advance molecular diagnostics.

PhD with 5+ years in biotech, solid Python and workflow tools (Nextflow or Snakemake) required, plus the ability to communicate complex results across disciplines.
