This position reports to the Manager at Northern Health’s Speech-Language Clinic. You’ll deliver clinical services primarily to children, while also supporting educators and the community through consultative services. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing communication for children within a family-focused model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical speech-language services to children ages birth to kindergarten • Provide consultative services to educators and community professionals • Develop and monitor individualized home speech programs • Foster effective working relationships with team members • Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings
Requirements: • Master’s degree in Speech Pathology • Licensed by the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC • Minimum one year clinically related experience • Valid Class 5 BC driver's license required • Physical ability to fulfill role requirements
