Key Responsibilities:



• Perform wound care and provide IV therapy • Administer medications and educate patients • Deliver palliative and pediatric care at home • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams • Support clients in accessing necessary health services

Requirements: • Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Essential qualifications including CPR and First Aid certification • Qualified liability insurance needed • Experience in pediatric care an advantage • Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
