Mondelez Canada seeks a proactive HSE leader to guide the plant's Health, Safety & Environmental initiatives. You will develop policies, lead the HSE team, and drive zero-incident performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship.
The role requires strong incident investigation skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage change in a quick-paced manufacturing setting in Ontario. Regular in-person site presence is expected.
