Overview
Build the Canadian restoration operator that outlasts everyone else.

A family-owned, corporately controlled Canadian restoration operator built for the long run.

For more than 20 years, we have operated inside some of the most recognizable commercial real estate across the GTHA and Southern Ontario — office towers, retail flagships, industrial campuses, hospitality properties, sports venues, and institutional facilities.

Most restoration companies spend years trying to break into buildings like these. We already work in them.

The platform is built.

The work is there.

We are seeking a General Manager who can turn this division into the operator the industry measures itself against.

This is not another regional GM role buried under layers of corporate approvals.

This is an opportunity to run and build a restoration business alongside ownership.

You will own the operation, the people, the client relationships, the standards, and the results.

We operate across the full restoration lifecycle inside one integrated group of companies:

One project manager. One accountable team. One operating standard from first notice of loss through final hand-back.

No mitigation-to-rebuild handoffs.

No “that’s the sub’s problem.”

No fragmented accountability.

We are building a long-term Canadian commercial restoration operator designed to outlast the consolidators dominating the market today.

We think in decades, not quarters.

The Opportunity
You will take ownership of a 25-year-old operating division and scale it into the commercial restoration platform we know it can become.

You will lead:

P&L; performance

Carrier and TPA relationships

Operational standards

Technology and tooling

Certifications and compliance

Project Managers, Supervisors, Leads, Technicians, and General Labour teams

You will report directly to the President and work alongside senior leadership across technology, people operations, and account management.

The infrastructure exists.

The opportunity now is execution.

What We Offer
A Real Platform to Build
You are not inheriting chaos.

You are inheriting relationships, reputation, infrastructure, and chance.

Direct Access to Ownership

You report directly to the President. Decisions happen quickly. Inside the approval gates, you run the business.

No committees.

No corporate theatre.
