As a Merchandiser reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will increase brand awareness across retail locations in BC. You’ll work closely with the BC Field Sales Rep team, conducting education sessions for budtenders and consumers while tracking competitive activity. Your expertise will help drive activations in high-traffic areas while establishing key regional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Learn Organigram portfolio through training sessions
• Conduct in-store consumer intercepts during peak hours




• Facilitate budtender education sessions aligned with provincial objectives
• Engage consumers and submit brand feedback
• Organize public events with the Sales Manager and FSR team

Requirements:
• “Selling It Right” certification required
• 1-2 years in customer service or brand ambassador roles
• Knowledge of cannabis market trends is an asset
• Robust interpersonal skills and punctuality
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel
