We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to maintain our state-of-the-art facility. Working from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, you will manage daily cleaning routines and minor maintenance for the school. This role is essential to keeping our educational environment clean and safe for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and disinfect all restroom facilities daily
• Sweep, mop, and maintain flooring throughout the building
• Empty wastebaskets and manage garbage disposal
• Perform minor equipment maintenance, including plumbing repairs
• Conduct grounds maintenance and snow removal as necessary

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 10 education; Grade 12 preferred
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
• Physically fit for various tasks and lifting
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
