Responsibilities Responsible for structural installation, assembly, and sub-assemblies of aircraft systems, parts, and components as part of a project and/or assignment area.
Use technical data and instructions provided by the customer or aircraft manufacturer.
Use jigs and position components based on APV, engineering department drawings, or any other material provided by the methods department.
Read and interpret blueprints or manufacturing files.
Adapt work to different types of assembly: large/small components.
Set up and operate manual or automated machines and tools according to the work to be performed.
Assemble metal and/or composite parts according to the technical specifications provided by the customer.
Install necessary fasteners; drill holes; ensure correct products are used for assembly (bolts, hardened or mechanical rivets, screws,



or accessories to fix, support, or suspend components and sub-assemblies).
Ensure correct products are used for assembly (sealants, bonding, corrosion, paint).
Ensure compliance of assemblies with the manufacturing file.
Inspect and verify installed units, parts, and equipment to ensure adequacy, performance, and compliance with standards defined in technical documentation.
Comply with quality standards and production rates.
Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Report any anomaly or irregularity.
Skills and qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience as a Structure Assembler in the aeronautics field.
You possess at least a DEP in aerospace structural assembly or equivalent.
You have excellent blueprint reading skills.
You demonstrate dexterity.
You have quick-wittedness and a developed attention to detail.
Proficiency in French orally and in writing.
