This permanent full time position involves working 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. The Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) plays a vital role in both pre-hospital settings and healthcare facilities. Collaborate closely with the Virtual ER team, conduct assessments, and provide primary client care while ensuring patient safety and effective teamwork in emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced medical care to clients in emergencies
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations




• Collaborate with ER teams and nursing staff for effective care
• Mentor and precept advanced and primary care paramedic students
• Promote and integrate safety into all work practices

Requirements:
• High school diploma recognized by Newfoundland and Labrador
• Graduation from a recognized Advanced Care Paramedic program
• Valid BLS and OPMD Certifications
• Class IV driver’s license and current abstract
• Active ACP registration number with NLPR
