Vancouver Coastal Health seeks a Manager, Facilities and Property Management to oversee a portfolio of leased and owned assets. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will lead the Facilities and Real Estate team to ensure optimal operations, maintenance, and data integrity across sites.

Responsibilities include interpreting leases, negotiating service contracts, managing budgets, developing five-year maintenance plans, and coordinating with Leasing and Project Managers to hand over sites.
