Interfor's Elk Lake Division is seeking a Mill Manager to lead the Elk Lake operation with accountability for safety, productivity, quality, financial performance, and long-term growth. You'll drive major initiatives and build a culture of excellence across the site. You'll direct sawmill, planer, shipping, and maintenance while shaping the mill's strategic direction, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing a high-performing in office team aligned with Interfor's values.
