All Weather Group seeks a hands-on HR Partner to enhance operations at its Edmonton manufacturing facility. This position requires a minimum of five years' experience in HR, emphasizing strong relationships and operational efficiency. Candidates will manage high-volume recruitment and support employee development through coaching and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding • Provide HR support across the manufacturing facility • Lead conflict resolution and performance-related discussions • Advise on employment legislation and HR policies • Foster relationships with diverse employees and cultures

Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience • Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred • Strong knowledge of Alberta employment legislation • Excellent communication and organizational skills • HRIS experience, UKG knowledge is a plus
