As part of Dillon’s Environmental Planning group, you will engage in diverse projects managing environmental assessments, permitting, and compliance monitoring. Your 5+ years in delivering comprehensive EAs will be essential as you navigate complex regulatory frameworks and engage with Indigenous communities. This role will challenge you to lead cutting-edge solutions and support the growth of a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage environmental assessments for various infrastructure projects
• Build client relationships through effective communication




• Drive cutting-edge engagement with stakeholders
• Mentor less experienced staff and provide training
• Develop project proposals and respond to RFPs

Requirements:
• University degree in relevant fields such as biology or planning
• 5+ years of experience within the EA framework
• Strong organizational and writing skills
• Familiarity with Ontario EA Act and federal legislation
• Valid Driver’s License required
