Proven experience managing complex IT projects across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, Enterprise Applications, and IT Operations. Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid). Expertise in stakeholder management, vendor management, risk management, and end-to-end project delivery. Top 3 Skills Preferred

PMP certification (required); ITIL, PRINCE2, or CISSP certifications are an asset. Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working within regulated or utility environments. Educational Qualifications

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and Security-related projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved. Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across concurrent projects; develop mitigation and contingency strategies. Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and quality management frameworks. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and leadership stakeholders. Provide regular project reporting, performance tracking, and executive-level status updates. Support change management and ensure smooth transition of project deliverables into operations.
