Key Responsibilities:
• Provide visible leadership in the dining room
• Collaborate on the rollout of new menu items
• Develop the service team’s food and wine expertise
• Facilitate daily meetings to prepare staff for service
• Address guest feedback and enhance their experience
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in a supervisory restaurant role
• Background in fine dining is preferred
• Strong interest in food and beverage
• Proven coaching and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and labour management
