A boutique, financially solid real estate owner/operator with a growing portfolio of approximately 1–2M SF of commercial and residential assets across the GTA is looking for a VP, Property & Leasing.

As VP, Property & Leasing, you'll have a broad mandate across property operations, leasing and asset performance. You'll be hands-on, commercially focused and empowered to make decisions that directly impact the bottom line.

This is an chance to join a nimble, entrepreneurial organization where you won't be buried in layers of management or simply reporting on asset performance. You'll have a direct line to the CEO and real ownership of the day-to-day performance of the portfolio.
Take ownership of the day-to-day performance of a 1–2M SF commercial and residential portfolio
Drive NOI optimization, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, control costs and improve asset performance
Lead leasing strategy, negotiations, renewals, tenant relationships and occupancy
Oversee property operations, budgets, operating expenses and capital requirements
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, tenant experience and overall asset value
Manage relationships with property managers, contractors,



vendors and other external partners
Lead and support a small team of three
Work directly with the CEO on portfolio strategy, growth opportunities, acquisitions and dispositions
Stay close to the assets and the details—this is a hands-on leadership role, not a corporate oversight position
