This full-time role focuses on leading the store team, coaching, and ensuring customer-first service while upholding health and safety standards. The position requires 2–3 years of leadership experience, Food Secure Certification, and a business-related degree (asset). You will support the Assistant Store Manager with operational excellence, recruitment, budgeting, and profitability initiatives.
