Success in this role requires a strong interest inproduct design, acoustics, physics, design for manufactureand the drive to perform in a competitive industry.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProduct DevelopmentDesign and prototype mechanical components, enclosures, rigging systems, and integration hardware for new and existing products.Actively contribute to Recent Product Introduction (NPI) processes, supporting cross-functional teams through all phases from design validation to production launch.Support product design and development with emphasis on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) to ensure seamless transition from concept to scalable production.Participate in design reviews and failure analysis, using tools such as FEA and root cause analysis to ensure structural integrity under rigging, vibration, and environmental stresses.Maintain organized design documentation, revision control, and contribute to the development of internal best practices for mechanical design and product lifecycle management.Ensure all designs meet applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards (e.G., CE, RoHS,
