This role focuses on providing comprehensive assessment, treatment, and referral coordination for adolescents and families facing acute crises. As a clinician, you will utilize crisis intervention models, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. In addition, you will network with community resources and participate in educational initiatives to support both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and families
• Provide individual and family therapy using various modalities
• Develop treatment plans and manage cases effectively

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology or related field
• Two years of experience in adolescent crisis intervention
• Eligible for qualified registration in BC
• Valid BC Driver's License and vehicle access
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention and mental health issues
