Key Responsibilities:



• Customize individualized nursing care for each patient • Assess health conditions and teach medication administration • Initiate peripheral IV access and manage centralized lines • Prepare and deliver injectable pharmacological treatments • Document patient conditions and report adverse reactions

Requirements: • BSN degree or equivalent from an accredited program • Active registration with a provincial nursing body • Current BLS and ACLS certifications • At least 2 years of experience in related care • Exceptional assessment and communication abilities
