THE ROLE

Are you passionate about collaboration and strengthening enterprise governance? As the Associate Director, Enterprise Governance & Business Management, you?ll play a pivotal leadership role in driving enterprise-wide governance, business management, policy development, and strategic decision-making. This is your opportunity to combine governance expertise, business acumen, and change leadership to influence outcomes that support the organization’s long‑term success.

In this role, you will:

• Lead an effective team that supports enterprise governance and policy frameworks, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment across the organization


• Oversee business initiatives and intake processes, supporting executive decision-making through governance, analysis, and prioritization


• Champion organizational change and business transformation, leading process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies


• Provide strategic advice and enterprise-level analysis, including business cases, risk assessments, executive briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership


• Build collaborative relationships across divisions, advancing enterprise objectives through strong partnerships and cross‑functional leadership

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Education, Certifications and Licenses

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline AND several years of progressive management experience a related field or relevant industry

• Salary $ 129,270 to $ 161,590 YEAR annually
