The Retail Advisor (Inbound Field Specialist) will be the first face our customers meet when engaging with Clutch's cutting-edge online platform. You'll be responsible for providing a high-quality customer experience, addressing inquiries, and inspecting vehicles meticulously while ensuring all documentation is handled accurately.
Key Responsibilities: • Create unforgettable customer experiences inside our current facility • Address and resolve customer issues promptly • Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles for quality • Complete customer paperwork accurately and effectively • Assist team members with additional duties as necessary
Requirements: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent • Experience: Minimum 1-year in retail, 2+ years customer-facing • Valid Class 5 License with no infractions • Clean criminal background check required • Must be available for full time hours including weekends
