SAP HCM Business Analyst –

Contract Duration: Through December 2027

Location: Remote – GTA/Ottawa preferred, but not mandatory

Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability clearance is mandatory

Role Overview

We are looking for a solid SAP Business Analyst with SAP HCM experience to support a long-term Canada Post transformation initiative. The ideal candidate combines solid business analysis capabilities with hands-on knowledge of SAP HCM/HR processes, SAP cloud technologies, integrations and S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, document and validate functional and non-functional requirements for SAP HCM initiatives.
Analyze current HR/HCM business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows and solution designs.
Work closely with SAP functional consultants, architects, developers and integration teams.
Support SAP HCM integrations and cloud-based solutions, including SAP HCP/BTP where applicable.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions,



UAT and solution demonstrations.
Support data migration, testing, change management and deployment activities.
Track project risks, dependencies, issues and deliverables.
Ensure solutions align with business requirements and broader SAP transformation objectives.

Required Experience
5+ years of Business Analyst experience on SAP projects.
Strong SAP HCM experience is now required.
Experience with SAP HR/HCM processes and employee-related data/processes.
Solid requirements gathering, process analysis and functional documentation experience.
Experience working with SAP integrations.
SAP S/4HANA experience.
Exposure to SAP HCP/BTP / SAP cloud technologies is highly desirable.
Experience with SAP Integration Suite is an asset.
Agile and/or Waterfall delivery experience.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Process modelling experience using Visio, Signavio or similar.
Must currently hold Enhanced Reliability security clearance or higher.
