About Us We are a mid-sized food manufacturing company Job Title: Inbound Logistics Coordinator Reports to: Supervisor, Procurement and Transportation Position Summary Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments of raw materials, packaging materials Create, issue, and manage purchase orders in Business Central, ensuring accuracy and timely supplier communication. Track open purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shipment delays. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, receipts, receiving discrepancies, and inventory transactions. Review Bills of Lading (BOLs) and receiving documentation to ensure accurate shipment verification. Verify receipts against receiving logs and investigate discrepancies as required. Maintain and update local and import receiving logs, checklists, and shipment tracking records. Monitor domestic and international shipments and provide timely updates on delays, risks, and expected arrivals. Coordinate customs clearance documentation and support
