This role requires a commitment of twenty hours each week working under the supervision of the Principal. Ideal candidates should have a Grade 12 education reduced through Special Education training, alongside experience in instructional environments. Knowledge of behavior management techniques and cultural heritage is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teachers on lesson materials
• Assist in facilitating student learning activities
• Use audiovisual and educational technology effectively
• Ensure confidentiality regarding student information
• Exercise discretion while applying school rules
Requirements:
• Graduation from Grade 12 with Special Education training
• Related experience of 6 months to 1 year
• Familiarity with local Indigenous cultures
• Capable of basic computer tasks
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
