In this critical role, you will report to the Reliability Leader and oversee a team of stationary engineers. Your leadership will foster a positive work culture while complying with TSASK regulations. Engage in preventative maintenance program development, perform daily inspections, and manage data recording to ensure plant reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach the Powerhouse team on safety and efficiency
Oversee compliance with TSASK regulations during operations
Execute and review preventative maintenance plans




Inspect key equipment like steam boilers and compressors
Monitor systems using a Building Automation System

Requirements:
Valid 2nd Class Stationary Engineer with Refrigeration “A” certification
Minimum 5 years as a Chief Stationary Engineer
Solid communication and leadership skills
Experience in developing Preventative Maintenance Plans
Knowledge of CMMS & Process Software
