This role is for a hands-on Sales Director based in Ontario who will oversee a $10M P&L; and lead a team of four Sales Representatives across the United States. You will direct a sales strategy, establishing transparent KPIs and expectations while actively participating in field operations to support key accounts and improve relationships with contractors and installers.
