About the Role

We are looking for a Change Analyst to support a large finance transformation program. This role will provide hands-on support in coordinating change activities, stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessments, and project planning.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with project teams and business stakeholders to drive organizational change initiatives forward.

Responsibilities
Support change management activities across multiple workstreams.
Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments.
Assist in developing change management plans and communication materials.
Create and maintain project timelines, trackers, and change roadmaps.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Track action items and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
Prepare presentations, status updates, and reporting materials.




Support adoption and readiness activities throughout project implementation.
Work closely with Change Leads, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Change Management, Project Coordination, Business Transformation, or related environments.
Experience supporting organizational change initiatives.
Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced setting.

Preferred Experience
Experience supporting finance transformation projects.
Exposure to ERP or system implementations.
Consulting experience.
Understanding of finance functions and business operations.
French/English bilingualism is an asset.
