Horizon Recruitment Inc. is recruiting for a Director, FP&A; to lead financial planning and analysis for a well-capitalized junior mining company in British Columbia. Reporting to the CFO, this role will build the FP&A; function, create planning tools, and partner with leadership on capital, costs, and priorities. This is an prospect to build a function from the ground up, work closely with senior leadership, and shape how the organization plans, budgets, and allocates capital.
