The role shapes the operating strategy, drives planning, and ensures secure, compliant, scalable production on-site in Princeton. You will manage cross-functional coordination with Cultivation, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, while building leadership capability and ensuring reliable execution as the business grows.
