Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze rent and expenses for the region - Oversee accuracy of straight line rent calculations - Prepare detailed analysis of Net Operating Income variances - Assist with quarterly forecasts and annual budgets - Liaise with internal teams for responsive support
Requirements: - 3 to 5 years’ experience in real estate accounting - CPA designation preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and JD Edwards - Solid analytical and communication skills - Ability to work independently or collaboratively
