Key Responsibilities:
Follow the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan for repairs
Perform complete vehicle disassembly and reassembly
Repair or replace vehicle accessories and components
Assess vehicle structural conditions for repairs
Use frame equipment to achieve high-quality service
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of auto body experience
Completion of a relevant exercise program
Proficient in MIG and TIG welding
Must have a toolbox and valid driver’s license
Ability to meet lifting requirements
