As a key member of our team, you'll transport grain, seed, equipment, and agricultural products while supporting our farming operations throughout the year. As a Class 1A Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Safely operating semi-trucks and trailers to transport grain, seed, equipment, and agricultural products
Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining accurate logbook and required documentation
Loading, securing, transporting, and unloading products safely and efficiently
Assisting with routine truck and trailer maintenance and reporting mechanical concerns




Supporting farm operations during busy seasons, including helping with equipment movement and other farm-related duties when required
Following all provincial and federal transportation regulations and company safety procedures
Representing Monette Farms professionally when interacting with customers, suppliers, and the public

We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in delivering excellent work every day.

Qualifications include:
Valid Class 1A Driver's Licence
Clean driver's abstract
Experience operating semi-trucks and agricultural hauling equipment
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify basic maintenance issues
Robust commitment to safety and safe driving practices
Ability to work flexible schedule during peak farming seasons
A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
