We are now seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is skilled in case presentation, treatment planning, and patient education.

Responsibilities:
Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients in a transparent, compassionate, and confident manner
Coordinate scheduling of treatments with both clinical and administrative teams
Discuss insurance benefits, co-payments, and financing solutions
Manage treatment follow-ups and case conversions
Support front office team as needed

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of dental experience, preferably in a treatment coordinator role
Proficiency with dental management software (Tracker) preferred but not mandatory, we will provide full training as required.
Understanding of dental billing, insurance, and patient financing
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
