As a key member of the Canada Advisory People team, you will direct the design, roll‑out and communication of People initiatives, policies, and procedures across the Canada Advisory business. This job is part of the People Strategy & Operations function and is responsible for the design, execution, and ongoing effectiveness of people programs that support business performance, leadership capability, and employee experience.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this position is $125,000-$175,000, depending on experience. This role will provide the following advantages: generous paid time off, Group Retirement Program, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance and more.
