This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment across diverse positions, supporting up to 12 requisitions simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, be fluently bilingual in French and English, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. While healthcare experience is an asset, it is not a requirement for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage recruitment for leadership and administrative roles • Coordinate bilingual call centre and member service positions • Support the overall recruitment process with a team • Conduct interviews and participate in quarterly meetings • Maintain accurate communication with candidates and hiring teams

Requirements: • 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience required • Fluency in French and English essential • Robust organizational skills for managing requisitions • Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus • Proven relationship-building abilities
