Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all HR functions and strategic planning
• Implement leadership development and succession plans
• Initiate employee engagement and retention efforts
• Advise leadership on HR compliance and policies
• Manage recruitment and orientation processes
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Human Resources Management
• Preferred CHRL designation or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of strategic HR management
• In-depth knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
