You will assist the Executive Chef with menu development, food preparation, and kitchen operations while guiding a team to deliver high-quality dishes. You will supervise staff, ensure food safety standards, manage inventory and sourcing, and contribute to cutting-edge plating and dining experiences that uphold the resort's renowned cuisine.
